Estella hair designs

For my first Estella hair design, I have used a late Victorian hairstyle which the curls look looser than the early Victorian era. The curls are gathered in the middle at the back while on the side, the hair looks smooth and tidy. I have also used a center parting and the hair at the front are pinned to the back (creates a wave pattern). For the decoration, I'm going to use four small light blue bows and attached them at the back on the curls. The reason I use light blue colour is because the colour blue represents sad, weak, aloof and unforgiving which I think is suitable to present  Estella's character as I think she's a sad character because of how she being controlled by Miss Havisham since she got adopted. Also, she was taught by Miss Havisham to be a unforgiving and aloof person.

• A brush, a comb and a tailcomb
• Hair tongs
• Hair spray
• Sectioning clips
• Bobby pins
• Hair pins
• A hair bobble
• Light blue ribbons x4 (to create four little bows)

For my second Estella hair design, I have decided to gather the top part of the curls at the back in the middle around the ponytail while for the bottom, I am going to leave all the curls down and the curls will look loose as well. I have also used a center parting and the hair at the front are pinned to the back (creates a wave pattern). On the side, the hair should look smooth and sleek and the ears will be seen clearly.

For my third Estella hair design, I have used a center parting and the hair at the front are pinned to the back (create a wave pattern on the side). The hair on the side should look sleek and smooth. The curls at the back will gather and pin near the ponytail. For the bottom part, I will leave two strands of hair while leaving it down and the curls should look loosed. On this design, I have placed a blue ribbon at the bottom on the back and the reason I use the blue colour to show Estella's cool and calm character. It is also the colour to show repressed feelings and the pessimist, like Estella as she was taught by Miss Havisham since she was small to be a cruel and non emotional person.
